Online Speed Training00This is phase one of the online speed training program. It is a monthly subscription that contains five days a week of workouts for four weeks. There is a max velocity, acceleration, change of direction, and two recovery days. It is encouraged to track your numbers through the app to see your progression. Once you have completed a workout, mark it as finished. Once you have fully completed phase one you will move on to phase two! Explanation videos are included as well as alternative exercises if equipment is limited. The essential equipment is listed below.
