This is a 6 week program designed for those who want to TRAIN FOR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE. Move well, sprint, jump, lift heavy. Get jacked and be athletic. During the 6 week plan, we train multiple energy systems including max velocity/ hill sprints, plyometric power, interval training and full body strength training utilizing the major compound upper and lower body movements.

There are 5 training days, 2 active recovery days including 1 mobility session for sports performance. You get full access to the app which includes video demos and the ability to track your workouts on our KSP athlete calendar. DAY 1: Baseline Athlete Testing
DAY 2: Zone 2 Conditioning/Upper Body + Core
DAY 3: Sprints/Plyos + Full Body Strength
